2. Payments

All payments are handled by Paddle. Services will commence upon confirmation of payment as per the agreed project proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative assets developed for the client remain the property of Hussain Abubakar Company Limited until full payment is received, after which ownership is transferred to the client.
